We run a family garage in Bristol that has been trading since 1978. We had a local developer create a website but over a year later we had nothing to show for this and were out of pocket not alone our business not having a website online. After urteam was selected, it was really all down to them as they knew what we were looking to achieve. Communication was great especially considering we are in different countries. So explained right from the get go the process and within 4 weeks we had signed off Both the web and app designs. Within another 6 weeks both were completed and another week or so of us and them.testing we were live. It would be great if they were in the same city so we could take them out, honestly no they have done as promised.

After urteam was selected, a meeting was set up to discuss the project, our business and what we were looking to achieve with the new website. After the meeting was completed additional design meetings were organised where urteam would present and together we would work through these designs. After the designs were created we infect had 3 further meetings and the designs were signed off and the5 weeks later our new website was completed and online. We are now working with urteam on a mobile app for our business. What do you like most about the company? Everything was impressive about the company. Their knowledge about web designing, ease of communication with the project manager, their cooperation within the group everything was mind blowing. Their hard work and dedication to our business is the reason the project has been such a success. What they should improve on? The team delivered us the product on time as promised and we were very satisfied with the website. The only thing which we found that can be improved was the time of delivery. They could have delivered it a bit early but that's okay with us because great things take time ..!!

We have two shops and are just about to expand to our 3rd and needed a website to help with our marketing and brining-in new products to the business.
